The 2009 Summit at Jackson is scheduled September 3 to 6, at the Jackson Lake Lodge, Moran, Wyoming.

The event aims to bring together clinicians and researchers interested in all aspects of hearing to exchange ideas and learn, while enjoying the splendors of the Grand Tetons.  Topics span aspects of hearing such as amplification, cochlear implants, testing/evaluation, and basic research. Some 17 hours of CEUs will be available.

The theme—What is Old is New Again—is also fitting for the lodge, which is being refurbished, but keeping the Historic Landmark features intact.

All presentations will be made available to attendees electronically, and will also be considered for publication in special editions of peer-reviewed journals.

Events are included in the registration fee, such as a float trip down the Snake river for dinner in the shadow of the Tetons, and a chuckwagon dinner at the Bar J Ranch with the Bar J singing cowboys on stage. Special golf and spa packages will be available at the hotel’s sister property in Teton Village.
