The EUHA launched an online survey asking hearing aid professionals for ideas to shape the International Congress of Hearing Aid Acousticians and the Industry Exhibition.
In an effort to adapt to the changing landscape of industry events, the European Union of Hearing Aid Acousticians (EUHA) and the German Hearing Instruments Industry Association (BVHI) have launched an online survey, inviting professionals from the hearing aid industry to contribute their ideas on shaping the future of the International Congress of Hearing Aid Acousticians and the Industry Exhibition.
With a few clicks, all those who take part can share their ideas and contribute to further developing the largest industry even in the field of hearing aid acoustics.
Results of the survey that can be implemented quickly will be put into practice at this year’s EUHA Congress – other findings need more time and will be included in Congress planning in the longer term.
“Our aim is to tailor the event even better to the needs of participants,” said Tobias Bartels, managing Director of the EUHA. “Event formats have evolved in recent years. We wish to bring new impulses to the event, and turn everyone into a fan.”
EUHA and BVHI have monitored trends on how the expectations and needs of exhibitors and visitors have developed after the pandemic. This was an important impetus for the design of this survey, which is aimed at both regular attendees and those who no longer attend, or have never attended the annual event.
“Together with our partner, the EUHA, we are looking to create new formats and experiences for our visitors,” said Katarina Sipple, head of communications and events for BVHI. “We require your support: take part in the online survey and let your contacts in the industry know about it”
Answers given in the survey will remain anonymous. If they wish, participants can take part in a drawing for 10 Amazon vouchers worth 30 euros each.
EUHA and BVHI are asking hearing professionals to share the survey link with industry contacts. The survey will also be promoted on social media and by hearing instrument manufacturers in their customer communications.
