The German Hearing Instruments Manufacturers Association (BVHI) announced that Fabius Schlicher has assumed the position of policy officer of National and International Affairs for the association, effective Aug.15, 2024, 

Since the BVHI office in Frankfurt also serves as the secretariat for the European Hearing Instrument Manufacturers Association (EHIMA), Schlicher will also support EHIMA working groups and their collaboration with international organizations.

Before joining BVHI, Fabius Schlicher managed the offices of two members of the Hessian State Parliament for several years. 

“Mr. Schlicher has successfully worked at the intersection of politics, public relations, and industry for many years. His experience in political communication and leading working groups will be of great benefit to us and we are pleased to have him on board,” says Stefan Zimmer, PhD, chairman of the BVHI Board and Secretary General of EHIMA.
