Starkey announced two recent awards related to its “commitment to providing superior employee offerings.”
Starkey has been recognized by Ultimate Software with an Innovation Award. Given every year at the company’s Connections conference, the Innovation Awards recognize organizations that are on the “leading edge of human capital management.” Starkey was honored for using UltiPro’s “People First” technology to improve the employee experience.

Additionally, Starkey partner Marathon Health recently received the 2020 Best in KLAS Award in the category of worksite health services. An independent research firm that has been providing insights to the healthcare industry since 1996, KLAS measures the customer experience from 178 employers with worksite health centers.
The ranking is the result of high scores for loyalty, strength of partnership, engagement, and strategic expertise—all of which are said to be “deeply-rooted values at Starkey.” This ranking, gathered from the information provided by Marathon Health customers, confirms Starkey’s commitment to “delivering high-quality services to employees as we work together to transform hearing health care.”
