Starkey Hearing Technologies announced that it received the Operational Excellence Leadership Award as well as the High Achiever Award for “Improving the Customer Experience by Mapping Their Journey” project at the 15thAnnual Manufacturing Leadership Awards Gala in Huntington Beach, Calif.
The Manufacturing Leadership Awards are designed to honor manufacturing companies and individual manufacturing leaders that are molding the future of manufacturing, worldwide. The project won the High Achiever award, receiving the highest score from the Manufacturing Leadership Awards Judges within the category.
According to Starkey, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. So important that the company puts it in their mission statement: To serve our customers better than anyone else.
“We are committed to understanding our customers’ experiences and to acting swiftly to constantly improve the interactions that matter most to them,” said Chief Experience Officer Lisa Richards. “We mapped our customers’ journey so that we could identify those key interactions and drive our focus and actions to improving them.”
Improving the Customer Experience by Mapping Their Journey was a project that included the hard work of many Starkey employees, all for the purpose of achieving that mission of serving their customers better than anyone else.
