“This honor is truly a reflection of our employees’ passion and commitment to caring,” says Brandon Sawalich, president and CEO of Starkey. “When you join Starkey, you are joining a purpose-driven, passionate, and innovative group of people committed to making a positive impact. The entire Starkey Teams’ desire to contribute to something greater than themselves by connecting people through better hearing makes all the difference in how we enhance people’s lives.”

The survey featured 24 questions focused on seven key organizational health factors to assess how effectively employees are united in working towards a common goal. These factors included alignment with the company’s direction and values, operational effectiveness, openness to new ideas, sense of appreciation and meaningful work, employee engagement and loyalty, confidence in leadership, managerial effectiveness, and the overall work environment, including benefits and compensation.

“Congratulations to our amazing Starkey team on this well-deserved recognition,” says Jessica Perez, Starkey chief people officer and executive vice president of culture. “Our culture is built on core values of caring, fearlessness, and dedication, and I am incredibly proud to see these values embodied daily in our work.”
